Welcome to Fabicare Garment Processing Industry (“Fabicare”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website https://fabicare.org, mobile services, and other online and offline services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or have parental/guardian consent if younger. By using Fabicare, you represent that you are eligible to enter into this agreement.


2. Services We Provide

Fabicare offers garment servicing, including:

  • Laundry and dry-cleaning
  • Ironing and steam press
  • Pickup and delivery (subject to service area)
  • Order management through website and WhatsApp

We may update or discontinue any service at our discretion.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or cash on delivery (where available).
  • Fabicare reserves the right to cancel or reject orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive messages via WhatsApp regarding:

  • Order confirmations and updates
  • Service notifications
  • Invoices and feedback requests

We use WhatsApp Cloud API to manage these communications. You can opt out at any time by messaging “STOP”.


5. Turnaround Time

We strive to return garments within the stated delivery window (typically 2–5 working days). However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Technical/logistical issues
  • Peak service periods

Fabicare is not liable for any losses caused by delivery delays.


6. Garment Liability Policy

We take utmost care in handling your garments. However:

  • We are not responsible for garments with pre-existing damage, weak fabric, or color bleeding.
  • Compensation (if applicable) for lost or damaged garments is limited to 5x the service cost of that item.
  • Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for illegal or abusive activities

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these terms.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on fabicare.org, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Fabicare or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without permission.


9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data, including WhatsApp and order information.

By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.


10. Third-Party Services

We may link or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways). Your use of these is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabicare is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Data loss
  • Service delays or interruptions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the revised terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Khammam, Telangana, India.
